All appointments are 50 minutes in duration starting on the hour. Payment of $150 is due at the end of the appointment; cash, e-transfer, credit, or debit is accepted. During the first appointment, privacy and confidentiality information will be shared, and clients will be asked to complete a form regarding appointment fees and the cancellation/no show policy.

For in-person appointments, River Valley Mental Health currently operates out of North Land Counselling Group, 9557 76 Avenue, Edmonton. Clients will be met at the exterior door at the start time of their appointment. Free parking is available behind the building.

For online appointments, information will be provided ahead of time via email.
